1 REMOVE THE 14 SCREWS HOLDING THE BACK OF THE HANDLE.

2 LIFT UP ON THE BACK OF THE HANDLE TO SEPARATE IT FROM THE FRONT OF THE HANDLE.

3 VERIFY RIBBON CABLE IS CONNECTED AND NOT DAMAGED

4 CHECK THE OUTPUT FOR THE BRUSH MOTOR. TURN THE MACHINE ON AND SQUEEZE THE TRIGGER TO POWER THE BRUSH. LOCATE THE RED WIRE AND THE THICK BLACK WIRE. THE RED WIRE IS MARKED "BM". TOUCH THE VOLT METER PROBES TO THE BOARD AT THESE WIRES. RED TO RED AND BLACK TO BLACK. TURN THE VOLT METER ON AND SET IT TO VOLTAGE. IF THE VOLT METER READS APPROXIMATELY 24 VOLTS, THE OUTPUT IS GOOD.

5 CHECK THE OUTPUT FOR THE VAC MOTOR. TURN THE MACHINE ON AND POWER THE VAC MOTOR. THE THICK BLACK WIRE AND THE RED WIRE ARE THE VAC MOTOR WIRES. THE RED WIRE IS MARKED "SM". TOUCH THE VOLT METER PROBES TO THE BOARD AT THESE WIRES. RED TO RED AND BLACK TO BLACK. TURN THE VOLT METER ON AND SET IT TO VOLTAGE. IF THE VOLT METER READS APPROXIMATELY 24 VOLTS, THE OUTPUT IS GOOD.

6 CHECK THE OUTPUT FOR THE PUMP. TURN THE MACHINE ON AND SQUEEZE THE TRIGGER TO POWER THE PUMP ON. TOUCH THE VOLT METER PROBES TO THE BOARD AT THE RED PUMP WIRE AND THE THICK BLACK WIRE. THE RED WIRE IS MARKED "DP". TURN THE VOLT METER ON AND SET IT TO VOLTAGE. THE SIGNAL IS A "DUTY CYCLE", SO THE VOLTAGE WILL RISE AND FALL RAPIDLY. THE FREQUENCY OF THE PULSE WILL INCREASE AS THE DOSING LEVEL INCREASES.

7 VERIFY CHARGER CABLE IS CONNECTED AND IN THE CORRECT LOCATION. NEXT TO THE PUMP WIRE, THERE ARE 2 BLACK 6-PIN SOCKETS. THE CHARGER CABLE NEEDS TO BE CONNECTED TO THE SOCKET MARKED "BMS". IF DISCONNECTED OR IN THE "FOOT SW" SOCKET WILL RESULT IN THE MACHINE FAILING TO STAY POWERED UP.

8 IF THE POWER OUTPUTS ARE OKAY, REVERSE STEPS 1 AND 2 TO REASSEMBLE THE MACHINE.
